Why do you require a card on file to book the appointment?
We require a card on file to protect our therapists. This allows us to ensure that they are compensated for the services performed and protected against no-show appointments and last-minute cancellations, which is part of our payment policies at the spa.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Gift Certificates will be redeemed at checkout. They are digitally kept in our system so if you ever lose it, we will be able to look it up. Gift certificates expire 1 year from purchase date. A credit card is still required on file, if an appointment is cancelled within the cancellation window, we can use the gift certificate to cover the late cancellation charges.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept card and cash payments. We do not accept checks. There is no sales tax on services, only on product purchases.
We are currently unable to accept HSA cards, but we can email a receipt so that it can be submitted for reimbursement.
Where are you located?
We are located at 652 N Kays Dr #3, Kaysville Ut 84037. We are located on the second floor of the GP Motor Company building. If you enter through the main West facing doors and come upstairs the spa is right there!
Where are your parking stalls?
Parking stalls are on the north side of the building against the fence, we are the first 4 stalls. If all our stalls are occupied, feel free to park in one of the dealership stalls. Please do not park in the Aspire parking stalls.
Is there an elevator?
Yes! If you enter through the main West facing doors, go through the doors and through the GP reception area, the elevator will be immediately on your right. Come upstairs and turn left and the spa will be on your left.
Do I need to undress for my massage?
Yes, your massage therapist will be able to access all muscles if you are disrobed completely. If you choose to leave on undergarments, the therapist may be able to do compressions over the sheet. We want all our guests to be most comfortable so feel free to undress to your comfort level. Please ask your massage therapist if you have any questions. If you are getting a chair massage, you will stay fully clothed, just a t-shirt and comfy pants is perfect!
What kind of pressure should I get?
Pressure depends on the individual. We typically recommend a 7 out of 10 on your pain scale. This is the “hurts so good” range and allows the therapist to work the muscles without leaving you sore after. Sometimes if the tissues are very tight, it can be harder for our therapists to work through that. Please be very hydrated before your massage. We offer several different add on’s to help prep the muscles for massage and they may be recommended by your therapist to help achieve your bodywork goals.
Will all my pain be immediately relieved after a massage?
Not always, the same way it takes a while for you to build stress and tension in the body, it can take a few sessions to relieve the pain depending what is going on. Massage is not a miracle quick fix but assists in long term pain management and also keeps the muscles loose to help prevent future tension and injuries.
Can minors receive a massage?
For clients under the age of 16, we require written consent from a parent or guardian and request that the parent or guardian be present in the room during the massage service. Clients between the ages of 16-18 only need parental written consent. Minors also need parental written consent for facial services as well. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of both our therapists and our younger clients, addressing common massage therapy questions.
How can I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift Certificates can be purchased online in our online booking section under gift certificate or can be purchased at the spa.

If gift certificates are purchased in house we can hand you a physical copy of the gift certificate.
If they are purchased online, you can either choose to email immediately or choose a future date to send the digital gift certificate to the recipient.
What happens if I lose my gift certificate?
Gift certificates are stored digitally attached to the recipients name if they were assigned at the time of purchase. We can also look up the purchaser to help us locate the gift certificate number. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have a gift certificate so that we can research and make sure we have it all set and ready to be redeemed.
Do gift certificates expire?
Yes, they expire 1 year from purchase date.
What kinf of Memberships do you offer?
We offer two options for our massage memberships: a 50-minute session or an 80-minute session.
Both memberships include a monthly massage of the session time you chose, along with enticing benefits such as a 10% discount on all add-ons, retail products, and additional services booked during the month (gift certificate purchases are excluded from the 10% discount). Take advantage of these exclusive perks tailored to enhance your relaxation and well-being.
These benefits are only applicable to the individual who has purchased the membership.
Memberships can be canceled at any time and any massage credits remaining after cancelation must be used within 3 months or they will be forfeited.
What kind of packages do you offer?
You have the option to select from five 30-minute chair massages, five 45-minute chair massages, three 50-minute massages or three 80-minute massages, all with a $15 discount.
We have also added the option for four 50-minute massages or four 80-minute massages with a $20 discount which is perfect for our couples!
Packages can be shared with others, please let us know before someone is using a package credit that is not the purchaser so we know at checkout to redeem.

Foot Treatment
A foot scrub will remove dead skin and improve circulation which will then be removed with hot towels. After which we use a cooling foot therapy lotion to massage the feet and help relieve achy, tired, and sore feet.

Add hot stone to your massage to warm up the tissues and add relaxation.
Dry Brushing
Dry brushing unclogs pores in the exfoliation process. It also helps detoxify your skin by increasing blood circulation and promoting lymph flow/drainage.
